We received many quality submissions and enjoyed reading all of them. The panel chose the below poem as the winner.

© Charles Glass I find my peace in… A river’s ceaseless susurrus Flow in frieze marmoreal Jeweled visage swirling succumbs Pooling in pupils an elixir Ephemeral thoughts ethereal Evanescent as the crease in Fortune’s palm, her augury useless Fading ivory chamomile Silver thread that weaves and comes Sliding through Nyx’s air Her ruffled reflection surreal Murmurs from muted calliope A calming carnival cynosure Soothing as sound’s washing slope Orchestra in wave’s miniature And in glimmering infinity Whirling eddies grand simplicity Liquid’s quelling tranquility Fluid hand’s felicity I find my place in I find my peace in Life’s immersion |
