SPINACH ROLL-UPS

Ingredients:
Frozen spinach (drained)
Scallions - sliced
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
Bacon bits
Whole wheat tortillas

Directions:
Mix spinach scallions, mayo, sour cream and bacon bits until combined.
Then, spread over whole wheat tortillas, roll and cut into bite size pieces. Can secure with toothpicks.
