Kendall Kessler is the September '16 Featured Artist. She is an award-winning painter and former assistant professor of art at Radford University in VA. Her paintings have been exhibited in shows on Broadway and throughout the U.S. She has won local, national and international awards in both oil and pastel, including awards from Dorothy Gillespie, May Stevens, Frank Webb and Daniel Greene. Her artwork is included in private collections in 24 states as well as Washington D.C., Canada, Germany, Russia and Australia. Her piece Reaching Out appeared on The Mindy Project (FOX) in 2012.

Lynne Friedman, Ed.D., is the August '16 Featured Artist. She is a New York native. She received an Ed.D. in art education from Columbia University. Lynne's work has been shown in exhibitions in Georgia, New York, Massachusetts and Costa Rica. Her work was selected in 2013 by the U.S. Department of State (Art in Embassies Program) for the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti, E. Africa and Colombo, Sri Lanka. Friedman’s work is part of many corporate and private collections and she is listed in Who’s Who in American Art.

Janis Tafoya is an artist from New Mexico. She is an oil painter who uses vibrant colors to draw the viewer's attention. She says, "My paintings spring from the heart and emotions. For me, painting is emotional therapy, and when I am creating art, I go to my special place." She works primarily in oils.

Madeleine Segall-Marx is the July '16 Featured Artist. She has received more than 40 awards for sculpture, including ten Medals of Honor, as well as the 2006 Dutchess County Executive's Art Award to an Individual Artist. Her early work involved casting in bronze in Pietrasanta, Italy. She has completed three public works in New York City. The Singing Bowl: voices of the enemy took ten years to create. She wanted to make visual artwork that has a message, rather than work that is simply the product of play between the artist and her material.

Tatiana Rhinevault is the June '16 Featured Artist. Tatiana's style is Russian impressionism, and many of her works celebrate the Renaissance era. Her work has been exhibited and sold throughout Europe, including Hungary, Yugoslavia, Spain, Holland, France, Italy and Greece. Tatiana’s paintings were also exhibited at the acclaimed Gallery Revel in Manhattan as well as several regional and local sites throughout lower New York. She is also an illustrator and restorer.

Kimberlee C. Maselli is the May '16 Featured Artist. She is an internationally recognized and award-winning painter based in North Carolina. She is the author of the award-winning book Painting North Carolina; Impressions en Plein Air (Carolina Academic Press). Her book DOGS that Capture Our Hearts is a collection of tales and art work by a diverse group of professional artists. Profits from sales of the book are donated to non-profit groups supporting animal welfare.

Nita Steketee is a sculptured jewelry artist and painter who is originally from the Netherlands. She currently resides in the Hudson Valley Region of New York and is the owner of YOGAYOGA in Rosendale, NY. Her work has also been displayed in several galleries in New York City, throughout the Hudson Valley Region in NY and in several galleries in the Netherlands.
