Helen Oprey is an emerging Australian artist who uses a variety of media and techniques in her paintings. She is permanently represented by Studio Gallery Melbourne and 19KAREN Contemporary Artspace. She has received several awards, including the Campbelltown Fishers Ghost Art Award, Finalist and the Bowral John Copes Portrait Prize, Finalist. She is particularly proud of being invited as a "headline artist" for The Global Women's Project (Trailblazers) Art Exhibition fundraiser. Helen says, "My style has evolved greatly over the years. I initially practiced realism, but I've since moved away from this style in preference for the freedom and adventure of expressionism and abstraction."

Jill Nonnemacher was born and raised in New Jersey. She studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City and began a career as a textile designer after graduation. This interest in how creativity is affected by the psyche led her to study psychology. She received a master’s in social work from Fordham University and pursued specialized training in art therapy. Jill’s art has been exhibited in various solo and group exhibitions and published in books and magazines locally, nationally and internationally. In 2016, she began a partnership and representation with Haley-Henman Gallery in Dallas, Texas and presented two solo exhibitions of sculpture: “Modeling the Subconscious” (2016) and “The Tragic Sense of Self” (2017). Her art has been included in Art & Addiction (Johns Hopkins University Press) and Art Buzz.

Anne de Carbuccia is the July '18 Featured Artist. She is a French-American environmental artist and founder of the Time Shrine Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raise awareness about vulnerable environments and cultures. Anne travels to remote places in the world, creating and photographing temporary installations (TimeShrines) that document and preserve the memory of endangered places, animals and cultures. Her project titled ONE: One Planet One Future uses artistic photographs taken by Anne on her expeditions to raise awareness on human-caused threats to the environment (war, pollution, toxic waste, trash, etc.) in order to encourage sustainable behaviors and lifestyles. Her images have been exhibited in museums and other public institutions in Europe and the U.S. and are part of several private collections. Anne's work is permanently exhibited at Westbeth Center for the Arts in New York City and in Milan, Italy.

Tanya Fredman is the April '18 Featured Artist. She is an artist and community art educator who makes art as a celebration of life and people. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Tanya moved to Israel in 2011 and currently lives in Kibbutz Shluhot. Tanya received her studio art degree from Brandeis University and did postgraduate work at The HaMidrasha School of Art in Israel. She has exhibited in many locations in the U.S., including The Philadelphia Museum of Jewish Art and The Jewish Education Project in New York, NY. Tanya works with people of all ages to create murals and public art installations that transform spaces and impact communities. She helped create the art program at the Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village in Rwanda, painted murals with immigrant youth in Israel, and currently works in the education department at the Mishkan Museum of Art in Ein Harod, Israel.

Lisa Salerno is a mixed media artist, blogger and arts writer. Lisa holds a BFA from The Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford, where she studied under celebrated New York City painter Pat Lipsky. She was later selected for residency at the renowned Vermont Studio Center in Johnson, VT, where she was mentored by renowned artist Wolf Kahn and arts critic John Yau. Her works have been featured in numerous auctions and fine arts events and have been acquired and commissioned for inclusion in various private, corporate and public collections. She has exhibited internationally in Milan, Italy, the United Kingdom and Australia. Lisa's "Artism" series to promote awareness and acceptance for those on the autism spectrum.

Sheila Hecht was born and raised in New York City. She earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in fine art from Queens College, where she studied with John Ferren and Louis Finkelstein. For many years, she taught studio art at the secondary level in the New York City school system. Sheila’s abstract paintings and mixed-media constructions have been exhibited with increasing frequency in commercial galleries, museums, and non-profit and corporate spaces. Recent solo shows have included the Galeria Nacional Museum in Costa Rica and The Berkeley Gallery, Berkeley College, NYC. In May 2012, she had her sixth solo exhibition titled “Split Second Decisions” at the well-respected Chelsea Noho Gallery. Sheila has also participated in a number of group shows.

Kerry Zacharia has lived and worked in London all of her life. She is a self-taught artist who is guided by instinct and intuition. Her London-inspired art includes portrayals of iconic landmarks, and she has exhibited her art in both group and solo shows throughout the city. Kerry is proud to present her first central London solo art exhibition titled “London in Different Dimensions.” This exhibition will be hosted by The Salvation Army at their International Headquarters within their Gallery 101 space (101 Queen Victoria Street, Central London) from Tuesday, March 20th through Friday, April 6th. In conjunction with this exhibition, Kerry will be running a fundraising event to raise money and awareness in support of the great work The Salvation Army does for the community.

Linda Adelstein Watson is the February '18 Featured Artist. She was born and raised in New York and currently resides on Long Island. She attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City. After raising a family and continuing to battle a rare bone disease, Linda turned to her art as a way to heal herself and to inspire others. Linda's work has appeared in numerous group and solo exhibitions. She created the cover artwork for the blues album, "Please Save Your Love For Me," released in 2015 by award-winning performer Ebony Jo-Ann. Armantė Majaraite (a.k.a. Armantė Majar) was born in Kėdainiai, a small town in Lithuania. She currently resides in Vilnius, Lithuania‘s capital. She started drawing and painting when she was four years old. She has studied in a variety of areas, but her art comes from within. She initially worked in watercolor, but she is currently exploring acrylic and oil on canvas. Armantė won two awards from Janina Monkute-Marks Gallery in Kėdainiai, Lithuania. She is also writing a book of poetry.

Elisa Pritzker is the January '18 Featured Artist. She is an American artist who was born in Argentina and has lived in Ulster County, NY for over twenty years. Her work has been included in numerous exhibitions and renowned venues, such as MoMA, Queens Museum, Dorsky Museum, and the National Institute of Art in Taipei Taiwan, to name a few. She was selected the U.S. representative artist for “The Pyramids of Naxos,” Greece (international project for the 2004 Olympic Games). She has received numerous awards, including two U.S. Congressional Awards for achievements and service in the area of Community Arts and Culture and the Ulster County Executive Hispanic Heritage Award (NY). Her work has been highlighted in the Huffington Post, CNN (in Spanish), PBS Channel, and her "Eclectica Store" was showcased in The New York Times.
